HRG Recruiters actively network, source, screen, interview, and hire talent for the organization while simultaneously working on special projects.


Responsibilities:


  • Source and recruit professionals for HRG position openings, building a pipeline of talent for the organization
  • Generate applicant flow via traditional media, in-store marketing materials, social media and active recruitment throughout the local market
  • Prescreen candidates to determine if they meet minimum requirements and align with HRG culture
  • Communicate company information and benefits during screening process
  • Schedule and interview potential candidates for assigned openings
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on interview process status
  • Conduct reference and background checks
  • Plan and attend career fairs and hiring events throughout the Pittsburgh/Western Pennsylvania market
  • Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
  • Serve as a liaison to area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
  • Complete timely reports regarding recruitment and employment activity
  • Maintain current knowledge of HRG organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
  • Other special projects and duties as assigned


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School diploma or GED required
  • 2 years of recruitment related experience, preferably in the QSR industry
  • Outgoing personality and accomplished communication skills with the ability to present organizational message and goals in a concise, effective and professional manner
  • Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to prioritize projects and multi-task
  • Self-starter who works well independently
  • Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and occasionally travel throughout the Pittsburgh/Western Pennsylvania market
  • Accomplished presentation and public-speaking skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
