Regional Training Specialist

Reporting to the Director of Training and Development, the Regional Training Specialist is an expert in the execution of all training and development programs throughout the HRG network, to include development and facilitation of Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins restaurant systems and tools, new product rollouts, food safety, and any programs specific to the HRG network. Maintains communication with Operations and the Regional Training Manager to ensure MIT’s, GMIT’s, and Team Members are adequately trained and actively executing standards and procedures in the restaurants.
Responsibilities:
* Serves as main contact for MIT/GMIT training including weekly check-ins and visits at certified training locations
* Collaborates with Operations and Human Resources to execute all required field training
* Conducts RD, DM, GM, Shift Leader, and training location certifications
* Assists with new store openings including set up, training and support
* Serves as subject matter expert on operational and facility brand standards
* Stays current and up to date on any changes to Dunkin’, Baskin or other brand procedures and standards
* Serving as subject matter expert regarding all digital Dunkin’ restaurant programs
* Oversee all Dunkin’ Reward promotions and offers, rolling them out to the entire team
* Heavy travel throughout the HRG network in Pittsburgh, Western Pennsylvania, Southeastern Ohio, and Northeastern WV to increase App usage, mobile traffic, and digital sales
* Coordinating with 70+ Digital Captains across the entire HRG network
* Ensure Digital Captains have every Team member trained on the application so they can train our guests on how to use it
* Building monthly progress reports
* Store support as required
* Various other assigned duties
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a multi-unit restaurant training role
* Exceptional facilitation, presentation, verbal, written, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Must possess strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
* Self-starter who works well independently
* Energetic and outgoing personality
* Initiative-taking and goal oriented
* Proficiency with Android and iOS devices
* Ability to travel throughout Pittsburgh, Western Pennsylvania, Southeastern Ohio, and Northeastern WV a minimum of 4 days per week
* Proficiency with MS Office Suite
* ServSafe certified
* High School Degree required, Bachelor’s degree in related field a plus
